Cancellation Policy

A valid card is required to book an appointment. A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment to reduce no shows, late cancellations and late reschedules. No shows, late cancellations and late reschedules will result in loss of deposit and no refund. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have service shortened or be rescheduled and will result in loss of deposit. Repeat offenses require 100% deposit and continued violations will result in loss of full payment. Payment is due at time of service. Accepted forms are cash, card, and cash app. All services are non-refundable. Corrective or complimentary services may be offered to clients to improve or correct results from prior treatments. By booking, client agrees not to file fraudulent chargebacks without discussing any disputes directly with the business first. Results vary by individual and there are no guaranteed outcomes. Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian consent and a parent/guardian must be present. Clients must disclose all skin conditions, allergies, medications, etc. Clients must fill out all forms to the best of their knowledge and sign. By proceeding with treatment, Barrington Beauty LLC will be released from liability for any outcomes that may result from known risks disclosed to clients. Client information is kept confidential and photos will not be shared without written consent. Your information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes in accordance with privacy laws. Services may be refused if contraindications are present. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we deem necessary.
